I agree with the people who said that anger can be a response to a boundary violation. It is the normal healthy response to a boundary violation, there is nothing wrong with that. It's natural to get angry when people violate your boundaries, anger is a catalyst for the proper response. The important thing is to process that anger in a healthy way and have a properly developed sense of proportion. If my roommate goes into the refrigerator and eats my ham sandwich without asking, I'm not going to respond by kicking his door down and cracking his head open with a baseball bat. If someone breaks into my home and tries to hurt or kill my family, I'm not going to respond by saying bad things about their mother. Much of the time the things that make us angry are not very serious, and letting someone know that they are making you angry is usually enough to make them understand that they need to adjust their behavior.
Anger is a form of pain, and like all pain it is part of an internal alarm system pointing towards something that is wrong and requires your immediate attention. It is a natural response that requires immediate intelligent processing. If you get in a motorbike accident and manage to scrape a chunk of skin off your leg, ignoring the pain and the wound will eventually lead to gangrene and death. Going to the hospital and having it taken care of will leave you with a scar as a reminder to be mindful.To run away from anger or to block it out is just as destructive (if not more) as channeling it poorly and flipping out. If one buries their anger or ignores the root cause, it will eventually grow into a volcano and have the potential to hurt you and the people around you in a serious way.
Harbored anger turns into bitterness, and bitterness is the dark side of anger. Bitterness devours you from within, corrupts your spirit, and infects the people around you. This is why anger must be dealt with before it has a chance to transform into bitterness. Sometimes we have no choice but to act right away, but usually we have time to process that anger. One should take the time to look within deeply and directly, to clear away projections and delusions and get to the root cause of the anger. Often we find that the reason we are angry at something or someone goes a lot deeper than the initial stimulus that set the anger off. If one can really get to the bottom of anger, then there is a good chance that seeing the anger for what it truly is will broaden the understanding of the self and its relationship with the world, and give rise to a deep calm from which wisdom and compassion grow.

The summer's flower is to the summer sweet,
Though to itself it only live and die,
But if that flower with base infection meet,
The basest weed outbraves his dignity:
For sweetest things turn sourest by their deeds;
Lilies that fester smell far worse than weeds.

It is a collection of letters forming a word that represents a sound which is a symbol of... (fill in the blank)... Karma is a word that says: I am doing what I do... It simply means action in being, the eternal now being channeled through you.
Some people believe that karma is determinism, that it is a result of your actions in the past, and some even believe that it is the rewards/punishments for past good/evil actions. I do not think so. I see this kind of thinking as being trapped by the mental construct of past, present, and future. The past is real only when perceived in the present, or now, just as the future only exists by perceiving it now... Nothing exists outside of the eternal now, just as nothing exists outside of nature. The fact of the matter is that there is no inside or outside, or past and future, there's just this...
If you believe that you are the same person you were when you woke up this morning and brushed your teeth, then you are being reincarnated, and are chained to the cosmic wheel by your karma... If you follow the example of Tao, then you are constant transformation (karma), and are chained by nothing... To borrow from the Bible: For whosoever will save his life shall lose it...
